Inner development for change makers.

Workshop design, facilitation, and inner development programs for nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and social change teams.

The Core Belief

The success of any intervention depends on the interior condition of the people doing the work.

Social change is an inner job as much as it is an outer one. The barriers that keep arising in systems — the stuck patterns, the fractured relationships, the burnout, the disconnection from purpose — are often not strategic problems. They are inner ones. And they require inner tools.

My consulting work brings those tools to the people and organizations doing the hardest, most important work in the world: awareness-based practices, body-led tools, reflective dialogue, and the frameworks of Theory U, the Inner Development Goals, and Art of Hosting — integrated with the systems change work your team is already doing.

This is not a detour from your strategy. It is the foundation of it.

What I Bring

•     17 years of experience working alongside nonprofits, community collaborations, and mission-driven organizations — as facilitator, trainer, strategist, capacity builder, program developer, and co-creator in systems change.

•     Certified Breathwork Mastery Practitioner — bringing embodied, body-led practices into leadership and team development in a way that is rare in the organizational space.

•     Certificate in Awareness-Based Systems Change, Presencing Institute at MIT — grounded in Theory U and the Inner Development Goals framework.

•     Art of Hosting facilitator, trained in participatory leadership and meaningful conversation.

I sit at the intersection of the embodied and the systemic, the personal and the collective, the inner and the outer. That combination is the heart of everything I offer.

An inner development journey for social change makers using breath and body-based practices and tools of awareness.

What is it? An experiential program for nonprofit teams, leadership cohorts, and communities of practice — integrating awareness-based practices, somatic and breathwork tools, and reflective dialogue into the leadership and change work you’re already doing. Offered as a series or as standalone workshops — for team retreats, organizational learning days, conference sessions, or as an introduction to the full program.

Being — Inner clarity, presence, and intention

Feeling & Thinking — Emotion, thought, and stress awareness

Collaborating — Deep listening and generative dialogue
