Hi, I’m Renee

I’m a certified Breathwork Mastery Practitioner, social impact consultant, and facilitator — working at the intersection of inner development and collective change. I live in the French Alps with my partner and twins, and I work with heart-led individuals and organizations around the world.

My personal mission and intention is to live and lead from wholeness — and to support other change makers to do the same.

MY STORY

My interest in change and transformation began early. I felt the call to be of service in my teens — though I spent years questioning what form that would take, and whether my role was in micro-level individual change or macro-level systems change. In the end, I didn’t have to choose. I just hadn’t yet discovered the bridge between them.

I studied change from every angle I could find: sociology, psychology, nonprofit management, public policy, social work. After college, I gave two years to national service through AmeriCorps, working in early literacy. Then came a decade of work in community systems development — supporting networks and collaborations to create meaningful change in local systems, particularly in early childhood and education.

In 2019, I moved to the French Alps with my partner and we had twins. I opened my own consulting practice to continue my work in social impact and systems change — supporting nonprofit leaders and community collaborations in facilitation, systems thinking, and capacity building.

And then something shifted.

When my twins were toddlers, I started noticing how activated and triggered I could become — in ways I hadn’t expected, and in ways I deeply wanted to understand. I wanted to parent differently than the patterns I had inherited. I wanted to live more intentionally.

That’s when I discovered Breathwork Mastery. From my very first sessions, something began to release. Stored stress. Old conditioning. Limiting beliefs I didn’t even know I was carrying. Session by session, I found myself returning to a more true, more whole version of myself.

And as I turned inward and began to expand, I watched my children expand too. That wasn’t a coincidence.

Around the same time, I discovered the Presencing Institute and earned a certificate in awareness-based systems change — grounded in Theory U. The convergence of those two things confirmed what I had long sensed but couldn’t fully name: that inner transformation and collective change are not separate endeavors. They are the same work, approached from different directions.

A light went on. I no longer had to separate my deep love of inner development from my passion for collective change.

With 17 years of experience alongside nonprofits, foundations, and community organizations — as facilitator, trainer, strategist, capacity builder, program developer, and co-creator — I now feel more aligned than ever in my purpose: to support others in living and leading from wholeness, cultivating awareness, and co-creating transformative change.

I could only take my clients as far as I had journeyed within myself. That understanding changed everything about how I work.

WHAT I BELIEVE

True, lasting change is both an inner job and a collective practice.

We cannot create the world we want to see from a fractured self. When we return to wholeness — through the body, the breath, and inner awareness — we become more clear, more free, and more powerful. And that power ripples.

My work supports the journey inward, the relational work between us, and our collaborative work to transform systems — toward a more conscious, liberated, and loving world.
